Hidden Gem Pet Lodge’s Daycare will be opening back up on Monday February 5^th. We will implement new conditions and protocols to do our best to keep everyone safe and are asking you to also do your best to help. The dogs will need to have a 21-day isolation period if they have been around any dogs outside of the home, another facility, grooming and/or the vet. We will be limiting the amount of dogs each day in daycare, so we ask you to schedule at least a day in advance. Daycare will be opening at the new facility located behind the Pet Lodge. There will be signs to follow and we will meet you curbside to take your dog in to play and same protocol for pick up. The daycare hours will be drop off from 7am to 9am and then pick up at 3pm to 5pm. Daycare will be closing at 5pm in order to give staff adequate time to disinfect the facility before the next day. Lodging hours will also be changing to accommodate the new daycare schedule. Drop off and pick up for lodging will be 9am to 10am and 5pm to 6pm. If your dog or any dogs in contact with your dogs have any of the following symptoms please do not enter our facility and contact your vet immediately:

• Coughing/sneezing
• Difficulty breathing
• Rapid breath
• Wheezing/nasal whistling
• Dehydration
• Difficulty exercising
• Fever
• Nasal or eye discharge
• Loss of appetite
• Weight loss
• Lethargy

If your dog has risk factors including age, we are recommending that your dog not risk contact at daycare.
